I saw, the other night, a showing of the film ‘The English Surgeon’, a documentary about the charitable work of Henry Marsh, a neurosurgeon who travels to the Ukraine and performs his occupation there for free.
I found the program absorbing, moving, humbling, emotional and since, hauntingly unforgettable.
I recommend the watching of this film to anyone that wants their complacency disturbing and their humanity re-awakened.
